Thirty minutes by phone. You tell us about your child, we tell you how we work, and you ask us anything.
We verify your plan and put your costs in writing before anything starts. Then your BCBA completes an assessment with you and your child.
An individualized, play based program built with your family around the goals that matter to you.
What parents ask us
How is this different from the big centers?
We are one location, family owned, and we intend to stay that way. That means small caseloads, therapists who stay, and a BCBA who knows your child rather than a name on a chart. You will meet with your BCBA every two weeks, and if you have a question you call us, not a regional office in another state.
What is this going to cost us?
We are in network with Cigna, Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and we work with other commercial plans as well. Before your child starts, we verify your specific plan and give you your deductible, coinsurance and expected out of pocket cost in writing. No surprises, and no commitment until you have seen the number.
I do not want my child changed.
Neither do we. Our approach is child led and play based, and goals are chosen with your family, not handed to you. We focus on communication, safety and the daily skills you tell us matter. Your child sets the pace, and you are part of every decision along the way.
